Flats Fishing
Tailing Charters and Capt. Chris Wells offer a year round guide service in the Lower Florida Keys. Capt. Chris personally guides in the Keys from February through June during peak season months. We cater to anglers of all experience levels and offer both fly and spin fishing. Targeted species include bonefish, tapron, permit, redfish, snook, sharks, jacks and barracuda.
Rates (for 1 or 2 anglers)
Full Day - $550
3/4 Day - $500
Half Day - $450
What's Included
- All terminal tackle including rods, reels, flies and bait
- Iced down cooler with beverages
- Fishing Licenses
All you have to do is show up with your lunch and personal items!
What to Bring
I will have everything you need for fishing. I have provided a list of personal items that you will want/need on the boat.
Suggested Personal Items
Reservation Policy
$200/day deposit is required to hold date(s). Once the deposit is received, your spot is guaranteed. The balance is due at the end of the trip.
Cancellation Policy
Capt. Chris reserves the right to cancel a day(s) fishing if the weather is too severe. The safety of our customer is our top priority. Severe weather is considered unsafe boating conditions, it's too windy, or it's lightning. If Capt. Chris decides to cancel, he will gladly forward the deposit to a future date or give a refund.
If a customer cancels, the deposit will be returned if the date is booked by another angler. If the customer cancels within one month from the date and Capt. Chris can't fill the date, the trip is to be paid in full.
Gratuities
Tips are not included in the cost of the trip and average 20%.
